What is Club Hedo?
Club Hedo is a free loyalty membership program where you will earn recognition and rewards for each stay you book directly with Hedonism II.
Are group bookings eligible for Club Hedo benefits?
If you wish to be part of a group because you like the events and activities offered by the group, then certainly book with the group. However, if you’re simply looking for the best available rate then check out our “ Sexy Specials” and you will see that we are very competitive. Only bookings made directly with the resort are eligible for Club Hedo benefits.
How/Where do I sign up?
Signing up is simple! Just go to the signup page and follow the prompts. In no time, you will be confirmed as member into this exclusive club.
If I forget my login & password, what should I do?
Fill out the Lost Password Form and a link will be sent to you. Be sure to check your junk/spam email folders if you do not see the message within 5-10 minutes.
How is my Member Level Calculated?
Your Member Level is calculated based on the total number of past trips to Hedonism II that have been credited to your account since January 2016. Registrations prior to January 1, 2016 do not qualify for Club Hedo rewards.
I've been going to Hedonism II for years, why doesn’t my Member Level reflect this?
We had to start somewhere… Only directly booked stays starting from January 2016 will be counted toward your Club Hedo member levels.
What Member Levels are Available?
There are 5 different levels in Club Hedo, each based on the number of your stays. Innocent, Repeat Offender, Adventurer, Pleasure Pursuer and Hedonist. The recognition and rewards are all yours.
Will I still be eligible for Hedo’s “700 for 12” program?
Yes, if you pay and stay for 12 nights in a calendar year, then you will receive a $700 per-room credit which must be used also in the same calendar year. The $700 credit may be used as a credit toward the cost of additional nights and/or may be used as a resort credit for Private dinner[s], Mermaid Spa & Wellness, Harry’s Wine bar, Lifestyle Boutique, Kamasutra and Internet upgrade. Credits may not be redeemed for cash and any unused portion will expire on December 31 of the current year. Credits may not be used for any off-site excursions, taxis, photography sessions, PADI dives or certification, Hedo Weedo and wedding packages. The 700 for 12 program replaced the 3 for 14 program, effective January 1, 2019.
